MULTIPROVIDER

The concept of multiprovider management is used by large companies to combine solutions from a number of different suppliers. The application field can typically be separated from the infrastructure and technology field and optimised.

There are two fundamental approaches that can be adopted in implementing multiprovider management.

One main provider and several sub-providers

Several providers all in equal-ranking relationships with the customer

We prefer the second approach on account of the transparency involved. This naturally requires coordination and also interfaces, which we have already implemented successfully.
